"Texas A&M's School of Public Health Summer 2021 Survey"

  • Graduate student in the Epidemiology Program & member of GHFEDS, Kathryn Kane-Neilson, will be conducting a survey among GHFEDS members interested in participating in this 10 week program.
  • Participants will be asked to provide feedback on various stages of research and analysis, with no greater commitment than 30 minutes or less of time every other week, either through Zoom or email.
  • The TAMU SPH Summer 2021 Survey will be customized to the health-related interests and needs of GHFEDS members and will result in an impactful newsletter by Summer's end that captures what those needs are and what resources or interventions may exist for those needs.
THURSDAY, JUNE 3RD, 7PM will be the first meeting & will be conducted through Zoom, with a duration of no more than 30 minutes.

This meeting will present participants with a cursory view of the top health-related concerns in the Down syndrome literature that have arisen within recent years.

Participants will be asked to provide any feedback related to the literature review they deem relevant, e.g.  "[specified medical condition] does concern me" or "I am interested in learning more about [x]".
